         SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping world wide and Free shipping within Australia. 

All Australia wide orders are shipped via Australia Post (Express shipping) and international orders are shipped via Fedex/TNT, UPS, DHL Express or Australian Post depending on the parcel weight and location. Prices are displayed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Within Australia: 

FREE

Rest of the world: 

Currently international shipping costs are a flat rate of $20 AUD.

 

Shipping Times

Local Express Shipping (Australia): 1 to 3 business days

International Standard Shipping: 6 to 21 business days (depending on the country). 

International Express Shipping: 3 to 7 business days (depending on the country). 

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.


Shipment Tracking
We provide the tracking numbers, between 3 days after the order is placed. Once your order has been sent, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. It will contain a tracking number so you can track your order to your door.


Multiple Items
Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one delivery. this will be indicated by multiple tracking numbers on your shipping confirmation email.


Customs Tax
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.

Delays
blush and bloo online is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, blush and bloo online is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance).

Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.


Secure Delivery Address

blush and bloo online recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. We cannot deliver to PO box or parcel locker addresses. Orders to PO box or parcel locker addresses will be receiving an email to confirm a valid delivery address.

blush and bloo online is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
